Accedere Ltd Sets Record Date for 1-for-10 Bonus Equity Issue; Stock Shows Bullish Near-Term Outlook
Accedere Ltd stayed on investors’ radar after setting a record date for a bonus issue. The small-cap IT firm trades on the BSE and is based in Mumbai. On March 2, 2026, the stock rose 5% to Rs 52.88. The move followed the company’s regulatory update on the bonus shares.
Accedere Limited, earlier known as E.Com Infotech, started in 1983. The company works in cybersecurity and technology assurance services. As of March 2, 2026, the market value was about Rs 27 crore. Over the past 52 weeks, the share moved between Rs 97.46 and Rs 42.11.
"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 27, 2026, which commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 12:35 PM has fixed the record date for the issue of bonus shares. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015") and other applicable provisions, if any, this is to inform that the Company has fixed Friday, 6th March, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for the Issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1 (One) bonus equity shares of Rs 10/- each for every 10 (ten) equity share of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up," said Accedere in a regulatory statement.
"Accedere Ltd stock price is bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 48. A Daily close above resistance of 54 could lead to a target of 67 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, part-time SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades. The stock’s recent rise still leaves it below its 52-week high.

Accedere bonus issue context from latest financials
In Q3FY26, revenue from operations was Rs. 72.73 lakhs. This was 0.05% lower than Rs. 72.77 lakhs in Q3FY25. Total income came in at Rs. 72.80 lakhs. It was 1.07% below Rs. 73.59 lakhs in the same quarter last year.
The company posted a net loss of Rs. 1.79 lakhs in Q3FY26. It had reported net profit of Rs. 2.56 lakhs in Q3FY25. EPS also weakened year-on-year. EPS fell to negative Rs. 0.03 from negative Rs. 0.01.
