Angel One Board to Decide Interim Dividend and Share Split for FY26
Angel One has scheduled a Board meeting on January 15, 2026, to weigh two key proposals. Directors will discuss the first interim dividend for FY26 and a split of equity shares. The move points to a possible capital structure change that could lift liquidity while giving investors cash returns.
The Board will examine a change in share capital through a sub-division of existing equity shares. Each current share carries a face value of Rs. 10, fully paid up. Any split will need shareholder approval, along with clearances from relevant regulators, before implementation across the listed entity.
Angel One has also confirmed the record date for investors who may receive the interim dividend. "It is further informed that in terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the record date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the interim dividend, if any, so declared, will be Wednesday, January 21, 2026," said Angel One in a stock exchange filing.
Regulatory compliance around trading activity remains in focus while the Board reviews these proposals. "Further, as intimated earlier pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed till January 17, 2026, i.e. up to 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting," Angel One further informed stock exchanges.

Dividend history shows that Angel One has made regular payouts during recent years. Data compiled by India Infoline and ValueBroking highlights a steady pattern of distributions to shareholders. These payments come through board approvals and stock exchange disclosures, reflecting the company’s approach to returning part of profits to equity holders.
For FY2024-2025, Angel One announced two interim dividends of Rs 11 per share each. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 26 per share for that year. This took the total payout to Rs 48 per share. According to StockAnalysis.com, the annual dividend implied a yield of about 2.03%, based on prevailing market prices.
Historically, Angel One’s dividend yield has hovered near 2% of its share price. This level may appeal to investors who track a mix of income and capital gains. The planned interim dividend for FY26 will add a new data point. Market participants will likely compare the payout trend with past distributions and earnings growth.
Angel One share technical view and target price
Technical analysts have shared differing views on Angel One’s current chart set-up. One view highlights a positive structure after a period of consolidation, while another flags potential weakness below certain support levels. These readings may guide short-term traders, though they do not change the upcoming corporate actions.
"Angel One is trading in a strong bullish structure after a healthy consolidation, indicating fresh accumulation at lower levels. The stock is holding firmly above its key support zone near ₹2,330 and remains above major moving averages. Momentum indicators are positively placed, suggesting continuation of the uptrend. A sustained move above ₹2,440 can trigger the next leg of the rally toward ₹2,500 and ₹2,600. Maintain a strict stop-loss at ₹2,330," commented technical analyst Riyank Arora of Mehta Equities.
"Angel One stock price is bearish with strong resistance at 2547 on the Daily charts. A Daily close below support of 2391 could lead to a target of 2072 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, part-time SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
The recent and planned dividends, together with these technical signals, provide several reference points for market watchers. Investors can review both the prospective share split and the income profile from dividends. They may also assess the gap between bullish and bearish target levels when evaluating Angel One within a broader portfolio approach.
The table below summarises recent dividend data referenced from FY2024-2025 and related yield figures:
