Authum Investment & Infrastructure Plans 4-for-1 Bonus Issue with Record Date in January 2026
Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited will reward shareholders with a sizeable bonus issue, following approval on December 31, 2025. Eligible investors will receive four fully paid bonus equity shares for every one share held, with the company planning to credit these additional holdings in mid-January 2026, subject to completion of all regulatory and operational processes.
To identify who qualifies for this corporate action, Authum Investment & Infrastructure has fixed Tuesday, January 13, 2026, as the Record Date. Holdings recorded in demat accounts at the end of that trading day will be used to calculate the number of bonus shares, based on the 4:1 entitlement ratio announced by the board.

The non-banking financial company intends to issue 67,93,80,400 new equity shares as part of this scheme. Each bonus share will carry a face value of Rs 1. The assumed date of allotment is Wednesday, January 14, 2026, with the formal allocation process scheduled soon after the Record Date, once the internal and external checks are complete.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure confirmed that the bonus securities are expected to reach investors’ demat accounts on or before the proposed allotment date. This timeline will depend on the timely completion of documentation, approvals and depository coordination. The company has already outlined operational steps to ensure the shares are credited and available for trading without undue delay.
The company has also obtained initial regulatory clearance for the plan. Through letters dated January 07, 2026, and January 05, 2026, Authum Investment & Infrastructure informed that both BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) had granted in-principle approvals for the proposed issue and allotment of these bonus equity shares.
