"We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of Banco Products (India) Limited at its meeting held on 13th March, 2026, have inter-alia considered and declared a Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 8/- (400%) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. Accordingly, the Board has fixed Thursday, 19th March, 2026 as a record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend. The payment of dividend will be made on or after Wednesday, 25th March, 2026," confirmed Banco Products (India) in a regulatory statement.

The board has approved second interim dividend of ₹8 per share with record date March 19, 2026 and payment scheduled on or after March 25, 2026. All technical indicators exhibit weakness, with RSI below 40, but the stock is forming a base at the very important level of Rs. 540 to 550, which acts as a make of break level," commented Market Wizard's Adib Noorani.
