Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited Partners with BSNL to Enhance 5G Connectivity in Tamil Nadu

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has been appointed as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Partner for BSNL in the Tamil Nadu Circle. This partnership allows BCSSL to provide advanced 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services. The collaboration is set to last for five years, with the possibility of extension, as per the terms outlined in the EOI for empanelment.BCSSL will handle the design, supply, deployment, and maintenance of 5G RAN, Edge CORE, radio access equipment, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). They are also responsible for commissioning and installing this equipment while actively promoting 5G FWA services to corporate clients. BSNL will provide essential resources like space, power, infrastructure, backhaul IP connectivity, spectrum, and ILL bandwidth at its existing sites.The revenue-sharing model between BCSSL and BSNL is based on business volume. BCSSL will receive 70% of the monthly revenue while BSNL will get 30%. "This Empanelment allows us to enter into an agreement with Tamil Nadu Circle, BSNL and the same will provide further details on the collaboration," stated Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited in a stock exchange filing.BSNL will manage client billing and payment collection under its brand. This arrangement enables Blue Cloud to offer innovative ILL services and incorporate cutting-edge 5G technology across Andhra Pradesh and other Indian regions. The initiative provides BCSSL with significant opportunities to expand its service offerings by delivering value-added solutions such as Edge Micro Data Center, Air Fiber (OTT & IPTV), AI-Healthcare, AIoT (Industry 4.0) integration, AI-driven analytics, and Smart connectivity services.Tejesh Kodali, Group Chairman of BCSSL, expressed their commitment to enhancing connectivity across India through innovative communication solutions.
