Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited and BSNL Collaborate to Deliver 5G Services in Karnataka

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has been appointed as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Partner by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Karnataka Telecom Circle. This partnership marks a significant step towards delivering high-speed 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services to businesses and organisations across Karnataka.

The collaboration between BSNL Karnataka Circle and BCSSL is based on a non-exclusive agreement. This agreement, effective from November 1, 2025, spans 60 months, with options for extension based on mutual consent and performance. BCSSL will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing 5G RAN, Edge CORE, radio access equipment, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) for business clients in Karnataka.

BCSSL's role extends to the installation, commissioning, and active marketing of 5G FWA services. The partnership operates on a revenue-sharing model, with predefined slabs determining the revenue split between BSNL and BCSSL. BSNL will provide space, power, backhaul IP connectivity, spectrum, and ILL bandwidth on its premises to ensure seamless service delivery.
