Blue Cloud Softech Solutions and Byte Eclipse Technologies Form Joint Venture for Edge-AI Chipsets

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has announced a formal Joint Venture (JV) with Byte Eclipse Technologies Inc., USA. This collaboration aims to design, produce, and globally market Edge-AI microprocessor chipsets. These chipsets will be developed using proprietary technology acquired from an Israeli R&D partner through a Technology Transfer (ToT) agreement. The new chip, named "EclipseX1," will focus on high-reliability and low-latency AI applications.The JV between BCSSL and Byte Eclipse Technologies Inc. is set for an initial term of five years. Byte Eclipse will have exclusive rights to market the solution in the US and European markets within specific sectors. These sectors include Industrial Automation IoT, Automotive Telematics & Control Modules (TCM), and EV charging infrastructure. The partnership is projected to generate business worth US $65 - 80 million over its duration.
