Dabur India Q3 FY26 Results and Dividend Outlook Amid Stock Weakness
Dabur India said its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The board will consider and approve financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. It will also discuss and recommend a final dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
After the update, Dabur India Ltd (DABUR) shares closed at Rs 416.85 on the NSE at 3:30 PM IST on March 23, 2026. The stock fell 3.22% from the previous level amid a wider sell-off. Dabur underperformed the FMCG sector and touched a fresh 52-week low of Rs 416.05.
At the current level, Dabur India shares trade about 28% below the 52-week high of Rs 577.00. The session low of Rs 416.05 marked a new yearly low. The market reaction came alongside broader weakness, even as investors awaited the May 7, 2026 meeting outcomes.

Dabur India trading window closure under SEBI insider trading rules
"Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 to Saturday, May 09, 2026 (both days inclusive)," confirmed Dabur India in a regulatory filing on Monday.
Dabur India Q3 FY26 results, valuation, and target price levels
Dabur’s Q3 FY26 showed steady performance in a difficult FMCG market. Consolidated revenue rose 6.1% YoY to Rs 3,559 crore. Net profit increased 7.3% to Rs 554 crore. Despite the fall, Dabur traded at a P/E of ~41x, against volume growth of ~3-4%.
A note also cited a total dividend of Rs 8 per share in 2025 and yield near 1.85%.
