Donald Trump Jr. Arrives at Taj Mahal in Agra with Enhanced Security and Special Guests
Donald Trump Jr., the son of the US President, is scheduled to visit the Taj Mahal in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, on Thursday. He will arrive at Kheria Airport around 1:30 pm via a private jet before proceeding to the renowned monument. This marks his second trip to India, following a previous visit in February 2018.

Security measures have been heightened for this high-profile visit. Approximately 200 police officers, including those of ACP and ADC rank, have been deployed at strategic locations throughout Agra. Their responsibilities include managing crowds and securing routes to ensure a smooth and safe visit.
The Taj Mahal has long been a favourite destination for the Trump family. During his visit to India six years ago, President Donald Trump visited Agra with his family. He was so impressed by the monument's architectural beauty that he wrote "Incredible" in its visitor book, garnering widespread attention.
Accompanying Trump Jr. on this tour are 126 special guests from nearly 40 countries. The large and distinguished delegation has prompted local authorities to intensify preparations for the visit. This trip highlights Donald Trump Jr.'s continued interest in India and its cultural landmarks.
Later this week, Trump Jr. is expected to travel to Udaipur for an Indian-American couple's destination wedding. A US security advance team is already in Udaipur reviewing arrangements ahead of his arrival. The wedding celebrations are scheduled for November 21 and 22.
The central ceremony will take place at Jag Mandir Palace on Lake Pichola, with additional events planned at Manek Chowk inside the City Palace complex. According to sources cited by The Stateman, Trump Jr. will be staying at The Leela Palace Udaipur during his visit.
Enhanced Security in Udaipur
In preparation for Trump Jr.'s visit, Rajasthan authorities have bolstered security throughout Udaipur and along the route to the airport. Several political leaders, celebrities, and other prominent guests are expected to attend the two-day festivities.
This trip underscores Trump Jr.'s engagement with international events and relationships. His presence at both the Taj Mahal and the upcoming wedding highlights his continued interest in India and its cultural landmarks.
