Hazoor Multi Projects Limited Awarded NHAI Contract for Rampura Toll Plaza Management and Maintenance
Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to manage the user fee collection at the Rampura Toll Plaza on NH-548B, from Vijayapur to Sankeshwar in Karnataka. The contract, valued at Rs 138.7 crore, also includes maintaining nearby restroom facilities. This project, secured through competitive e-tendering, enhances Hazoor's standing in infrastructure and toll management.

In a recent development, Hazoor Multi Projects' fund-raising committee approved issuing 10,00,000 equity shares at Rs 30 each. This decision followed the conversion of 1,00,000 warrants initially priced at Rs 300 each. Kumar Agrawal, the allottee, paid the remaining 75% (Rs 225 per warrant), resulting in a total of Rs 2.25 crore and now holds 30,00,000 equity shares.
The company executed a stock split on November 7, 2024, changing the face value from Rs 10 to Re. 1 per share. This split means investors now hold ten shares for every previous one. Shareholders approved this move during the AGM on August 27, 2024. While it increases share numbers and reduces price per share, it doesn't alter the total holding value.
Financially, Hazoor Multi Projects reported a net profit of Rs 11.02 crore for the September 2024 quarter but faced a net loss of Rs 9.93 crore in September 2025. Revenue from operations fell by 33.30%, dropping to Rs 102.11 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 153.08 crore in Q2FY25.
As of November 19, 2025, at 12:25 PM, Hazoor Multi Projects' shares were trading at Rs 27.45 on the BSE with a market capitalization of approximately Rs 627 crore. The stock has experienced significant correction over the past year, hitting a low of Rs 26.80 on November 19, after peaking at Rs 59.90 on November 22, 2024—a decline exceeding 55%.
This sharp drop reflects ongoing selling pressure and an extended negative trend for the stock. The company's recent financial performance and market conditions have contributed to this downturn.
