In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, March 27, 2026, as the "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance and allotment of Bonus Shares," confirmed Hind Rectifiers in a regulatory statement.

"The said bonus shares will be made available for trading on the next working day of allotment i.e. Tuesday, March 31, 2026," the company has further informed via BSE filing.
