Interiors & More Limited Announces Significant 1:1 Bonus Share Issue for Shareholders in December 2025

For H1FY26, Interiors & More reported net sales of Rs 22.31 crore, which shows a moderate scale compared to Rs 40.95 crore in H2FY25 and Rs 17.95 crore in H1FY25. The total expenditure for H1FY26 was Rs 16.76 crore, largely due to costs such as goods sold at Rs 8.08 crore, employee expenses at Rs 3.61 crore, and other expenses amounting to Rs 5.07 crore.
The company's EBITDA for H1FY26 stood at Rs 5.55 crore with a margin of 24.9%, compared to an EBITDA of Rs 11.63 crore and a margin of 28.4% in H2FY25 and Rs 5.93 crore with a margin of 33% in H1FY25. Profit before tax was recorded at Rs 3.95 crore with interest expenses amounting to Rs 0.97 crore.
A R Ramachandran, an Independent SEBI registered Research Analyst from Tips2trades, commented on the stock's performance: "Interiors and More stock price is bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 521. A Daily close above resistance of 590 could lead to a target of 685 in the near term."
The company's net profit for H1FY26 was Rs 3.10 crore, significantly lower than Rs 7.81 crore in H2FY25 and Rs 4.16 crore in H1FY25, resulting in an adjusted PAT margin of 13.9%. This decline affected the reported EPS for H1FY26, which was Rs 4.43.
