Krishival Foods Limited, a prominent player in the FMCG sector, recently held a board meeting on October 28, 2025. The meeting concluded with the decision to postpone its planned Rights Issue of partly paid-up equity shares. The delay, attributed to technical issues, is expected to be resolved within a month. Additionally, the company approved the Notice for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) set for November 21, 2025.

The board meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. and wrapped up by 7:20 p.m. Mr. Rahul Gawande, serving as the Compliance Officer and Company Secretary for Krishival Foods Limited, signed off on the communication letter detailing these decisions.

These shares, with a face value of Rs 10 each, were intended to raise up to Rs 100 Cr through a rights issue available to eligible equity shareholders.

The company disclosed in a stock exchange filing that the Board or the Rights Issue Committee will finalise various aspects of the rights issue. This includes determining the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, timing of the Rights Issue, terms of payment, and other related matters.
