Krystal Integrated Services Secures Rs 275 Crore Vasai Virar Solid Waste Management Contracts
Krystal Integrated Services Limited has received three solid waste management contracts worth Rs. 275 crore from Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation, strengthening its public sector order book. The mandates cover door-to-door collection, segregation, street sweeping and transport of municipal waste in Prabhag C, Prabhag F and Prabhag G, under Solid Waste Management Rules 2016.
The corporation issued work orders for all three zones on January 12, 2026, with contract documents dated January 09, 2026. These agreements run for five years, providing Krystal Integrated Services with long-term revenue visibility from municipal solid waste operations in the Vasai Virar region.
The total Vasai Virar mandate is split across three prabhags with separate work orders and values. Prabhag C, under Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1985/2026, is estimated at Rs. 83 crore. Prabhag F, with Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1986/2026, is valued at Rs. 111 crore. Prabhag G, covered by Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1987/2026, carries an estimated value of Rs. 81 crore.

The scope in these Vasai Virar contracts spans household-level waste collection, primary segregation and onward transport to designated sites. It also includes street cleaning responsibilities within the respective prabhags. The framework follows Solid Waste Management Rules 2016, which set standards for handling, movement and disposal of municipal solid waste across Indian urban bodies.
Beyond solid waste management, Krystal Integrated Services has also secured large facility management services orders from state authorities. On September 16, 2025, the Director of Medical Education in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, awarded the company Package-I for sanitation and housekeeping. The contract, worth about Rs. 168 crore, covers hospitals and institutions under the Director of Medical Education for three years.
Krystal Integrated Services expanded its facility management services footprint further in Maharashtra social sector institutions during September 2025. The Commissionerate of Social Welfare in Pune granted the company a five-year contract of Rs. 370 crore. The scope includes mechanised cleaning and outsourced labour at hostels, residential schools, old age homes, training centres and administrative offices serving disadvantaged groups, elderly persons and students.
