Orange Business Services and Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Collaborate to Advance 5G Fixed Wireless Access Technology

Orange Business Services India Technology Private Limited has partnered with Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) to advance 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technology. This collaboration, formalised through a Master Service Agreement, aims to enhance network integration and digital services. BCSSL selected Orange Telecom as its integration partner to facilitate this deployment, marking a significant step in their strategic growth.

The partnership's highlight is the proof of concept (POC) for 5G FWA at the BSNL exchange in Mindi, Visakhapatnam. This initiative demonstrates the operational benefits and technological feasibility of 5G FWA for both commercial and consumer applications. BCSSL leads this rollout as BSNL's primary partner, aiming to improve high-speed connectivity and network efficiency in the region.

The announcement of this collaboration positively impacted Blue Cloud Softech Solutions' stock performance. On October 28, shares rose by 1.74%, reaching an intraday high of Rs 24 on the BSE. The stock opened at Rs 23.99 and was trading at Rs 23.89, up by 1.27% at 1:10 PM IST on the same day.

The successful implementation of the POC will validate the effectiveness of 5G FWA in real-world scenarios. It sets the stage for broader adoption across other BSNL exchanges and regions. With effect from October 13, 2025, the Master Service Agreement provides a framework for Orange to offer BCSSL and its affiliates a range of IT services and products.
