Power Grid to Review Q3 Results and 2nd Interim Dividend at January 30 Board Meeting

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has scheduled a board meeting on Friday, January 30, 2026. Directors will review unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The agenda also includes considering a second interim dividend for FY 2025-2026.

The company has already specified the date for identifying eligible shareholders for any possible payout. "We further wish to inform that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR, the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors, will be Monday, 09th February, 2026," said POWERGRID in a stock exchange filing.

Power Grid has also outlined compliance steps around the board meeting and financial announcement. The trading window for designated persons has remained shut from Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and will stay closed until Sunday, February 1, 2026, reopening on Monday, February 2, 2026.

A Daily close below support of 251 could lead to a target of 237 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, part-time SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
