According to Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR, the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the interim dividend is Monday, November 10, 2025. Additionally, Power Grid announced that its trading window has been closed since Tuesday, September 30, 2025. It will remain closed until Wednesday, November 5, 2025, reopening on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

Riyank Arora, a technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd., commented on Power Grid's stock performance. "Power Grid maintains its upward trajectory after a healthy consolidation phase. The stock is comfortably trading above ₹285 support, showing strength in the power sector. Momentum indicators suggest continued bullish sentiment, with potential targets at ₹305-₹310. Any dip towards ₹285 levels can offer a good accumulation opportunity for medium-term investors," he stated.
