Stovec Industries reports a sharp profit decline in Q3 FY26 while proposing Rs 12 per equity share dividend for FY2025

At 11:15 AM IST on 24 February 2026, Stovec Industries Ltd (BOM: 504959) traded at Rs 1,900.00. The price was down 2.21% from the previous close of Rs 1,942.95. The stock opened at Rs 1,901.50 and moved between Rs 1,890.50 and Rs 1,940.00. Volume stood at 691 shares.

The Board of Directors "recommend dividend of Rs. 12 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each {i.e. 120%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, and the same will be paid to the eligible members on or before its due date, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting {"AGM"). Trading Window which has been closed for Specified Persons to approve above results shall be re-opened on February 25, 2026," Stovec Industries confirmed in a statement.

Business Standard reported a steep year-on-year drop in quarterly earnings. Net profit fell 89.54% to Rs 0.16 crore in the quarter ended December 2025. It was Rs 1.53 crore in the quarter ended December 2024. Revenue also weakened, slipping 8.21% to Rs 51.42 crore from Rs 56.02 crore in Q3FY25.

For the full year ended December 2025, profit declined 46.76% to Rs 6.90 crore. It compared with Rs 12.96 crore in the year ended December 2024. Sales dropped 15.54% to Rs 198.11 crore from Rs 234.57 crore over the same period. These figures reflected pressure across the year.

"Stovec Industries stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 1953. A Daily close below support of 1890 could lead to a target of 1745 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, part-time SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
