Customers can get their account balance, mini statement, and other banking related information by simply missing a call or sending an SMS with the defined keywords to pre-defined mobile numbers from their registered mobile number.
SBI Quick is a missed call banking service that provides access to all account information and other banking services. Account holders can access SBI Quick service by dialling the corresponding phone number. Account holders can also take advantage of this service by installing the SBI Quick app on their smartphones. What is SBI Quick?
SBI Quick is a free missed call banking service provided by the bank to its customers in order to obtain information such as an SBI mini statement or an SBI balance enquiry. Users can obtain account information by simply placing a missed call or sending an SMS with the keywords from their registered mobile number.
How to register for this service?
To use this service, text 'REGspace>Account Number' to 09223488888 from your registered mobile number. After the registration is done, a confirmation message is received.

SMS "MODBAL" to "919223766666" to receive available balance and MOD balance as a response.
Statement in Brief
- To obtain the Mini Statement, which contains the last five transactions on the account.
- You can leave a missed call or send an SMS with the word 'MSTMT' to 919223766666.
Receipt of Cheque Book Request
- Send the text "CHQREQ" to 917208933145.
- You will be sent an SMS. Within 2 hours of receiving the SMS, send a consent SMS (CHQACCY6 digit no. received in SMS) to 917208933145 for further processing.
Request for a Cheque Book
- Send the text "CHQREQ" to 917208933145. You will be sent an SMS.
- Within 2 hours of receiving the SMS, send a consent SMS (CHQACCY6 digit no. received in SMS) to 09223588888 for further processing.
E-Statement for the previous six months
- E-statements for the previous six months of your Savings Bank account are available. The statement will be sent to your registered email address along with a password-protected PDF file.

- To obtain an interest certificate for your Education Loan for the current fiscal year.

De-Registration Process
Text 'DREG' to 917208933148
- You will receive a confirmation message indicating whether or not the de-registration was successful.
- If you are successful, you will not be able to use the services until you re-register.
- If you are unsuccessful, double-check the format and destination mobile number before attempting again.
Charges:
- Premium charges will apply for 6-digit numbers, such as 567676.
- SMS charges for 10-digit numbers will be determined by the customer's mobile bill plan.
- There is no charge for a missed call. If a customer listens to the IVR for 3 seconds after 4-5 rings, the customer will be charged according to their mobile bill plan for 3 seconds.
