How To Change Or Reset UPI PIN With Google Tez?

Search engine Google launched its mobile wallet named Google Tez this month. Tez app allows the user to transfer money using UPI address, mobile number, account number, or QR code.

UPI is a banking system for money transfers on payment apps. To add a bank account to Tez, your bank must work with UPI.

The UPI PIN is the number that you enter whenever you add a new payment account or make a transaction.If you've never used UPI, you'll be asked to set a UPI PIN when you first add a bank account. You can also change your UPI PIN using Tez.

Forgot UPI PIN

If you forgot your UPI PIN, you can create a new one using Tez by following these steps: 

 

• Open your Tez app
• In the top-left, tap your photo and then Bank account.
• Tap the bank account that you want to edit.
• Tap Forgot UPI PIN.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
• You will be required to insert the last six digits of your debit or credit card along with validity date.
• You will receive a message from your bank about your number and device being successfully captured for UPI.
• You can now set the UPI PIN for your account.

 

 

Change UPI PIN

Follow these steps to change your UPI PIN code on Android using Google Pay.

Step 1: First of all, you need to open Google Pay installed on your Android device.

Step 2: You must click on your photo present at the top left.

Step 3: You must press Bank Account.

Step 4: You need to tap on the bank account you want to change.

Step 5: You need to tap on more option, then tap Change UPI PIN.

Step 6: Now you need to create a new UPI PIN code.

Step 7: You must re-enter the same UPI PIN code.

Following these steps can help you change your UPI PIN code on Android using Google Pay.
