If you don't want to get your Mobile Number disconnected after 6th Feb 2018, you have to get the sim card number linked to your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
From PAN to your mobile number, all important documents should be linked to the 12 digit Aadhaar card number now. Following the government directive, the Department of Telecommunication (DOT) has instructed all Indian telecom operators to verify their customer care number with their Aadhar card.
The main aim of Aadhaar-mobile number linking is to reduce fake sims and to provide extra security to customers.

Linking Aadhaar to mobile number is totally free. If any retailer asks you for fees, you can contact the customer care.
Step 1
Visit your nearest Videocon store or any retailer. Many recharge stores provide this facility with all the documents. Meet the executive and tell that you want to do Aadhar-mobile number linking. How To Link Aadhaar With Vodafone Mobile Number?
Step 2
Provide the mobile number that you want to link to Aadhar card. They will send you an OTP (one-time password) on that number. It might be 4 or 6 digits. Provide that OTP to the executive.
Step 3
