SBI Net Banking: Here's How You Can Register For Net Banking

The State Bank of India (SBI) is the largest bank in India with a pan India presence. The bank offers plenty of online services to its customers, one of the important services is net banking. The bank's account holders can use net banking to access a variety of services. Customers can use SBI's web portal to access a variety of banking services, including viewing account-related information and the past 10 transaction details, among other things.

SBI Net Banking: Here's How You Can Register For Net Banking

SBI account-holders can use the bank's digital banking services and utilise various services to access banking services online via net banking. Account holders can use net banking to start a digital savings account and request a chequebook, among other things. Users can also pay their utility bills, make fixed deposits, conduct online transactions, examine account statements, and buy insurance online.

All SBI account holders have access to the net banking facility. Users must keep their ATM card and account information, such as account number, CIF number, Branch Code, and registered mobile number, on hand.

How to Start SBI Net Banking Registration Online:

Step 01: First, the account holder must visit the SBI's web portal.

Step 02: Select 'New User Registration/Activation' under the 'Personal Banking' facility.

Step 03: You will be directed to a new window to fill a form with details, which include account number, CIF, branch code, country, and registered mobile number.

Step 04: Select transaction permission.

Step 05: Submit the form and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

Step 06: Users will be redirected to a Debit Card Validation page.

Step 07: Those having an ATM card can complete the registration process by entering the card details.

(Please note - Those who do not have an ATM card will be required to contact the bank to activate internet banking services.)

Step 08: On submission, a new page will display users' temporary username and will prompt them to create a log-in password. Here the registration is complete.

Step 09: You can visit the SBI portal and log in using a temporary username and password.

Step 10: Users can personalize the username and password after logging in.
