Further, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 27, 2024 and the name of our Company changed from ÂAegeus Technologies Private LimitedÂ to ÂAegeus Technologies LimitedÂ & Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre has issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated August 08, 2024, bearing CIN U74999KA2017PLC102441.
