It was incorporated as M/s Giri Finance & Trading Limited which was changed to Beekay Niryat Limited on 4th May, 2001 pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation dated 15th January, 2001 with 9 (nine) Companies. The Equity Shares of the Company is listed on The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited. The main business of the company is to trade in jute business and investment in shares of other companies.

The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.

2023
- Associate company i.e Agribiotech Industries Limited is going to expand its production and bottling capacity.

2024
-The Company name has changed from Beekay Niryat Ltd.to Agribio Spirits Ltd.
-The Company expand its production and bottling capacity.

2025
-The Company informed BSE regarding execution of Share Purchase Agreement with the shareholders of Solkit Distillery and Brewery Private Limited.
