The company has taken over the running business of Ambitious Plastomac Marketing Company, a partnership firm engaged in marketing of baby feeding bottles and accessories including the brand name "MUM'S LOVE" vide agreement dated 27th June, 1993 which has been taken into consideration by GIIC while appraising the project.

The company is now setting up a project for manufacture of PET Bottles, Baby Care Products, PVA Jars etc.
