Our Company was incorporated as ÂAmin Tannery LimitedÂ as an unlisted Public Company vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 25, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on December 27, 2013 under the Companies Act, 1956.
