Our Company was originally incorporated on August 21, 2017 under the name ‘Amwill Health Care Private Limited’, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 22, 2017 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore. Further, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors in their meeting held on December 28, 2023 and by the Shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 29, 2023 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 25, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore. Consequent to the conversion of our Company, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Amwill Health Care Limited’. The corporate identification number of our Company is U36994KA2017PLC105721.
