M/s. Flora Textiles Limited (FTL) was incorporated as a public limited company in the state of Tamilnadu on March 10, 1993 with the Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu at Coimbatore. The company obtained the Certificate for Commencement of Business on June 13, 1994.

The company is currently setting up a plant for spinning of low count yarn on Open End Spinning Machines and weaving of grey cloth using imported 'PICANOL' Air Jet Looms.
