Annapurna Swadisht Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 in the name and style of “Annapurna Swadisht Private Limited” bearing Registration Number 251553 dated February 11, 2022 upon conversion of the partnership firm namely Annapurna Agro Industries, under part 1 of Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Delhi. Subsequently, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to a shareholders’ resolution passed at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 28, 2022, and name of the Company was changed to “Annapurna Swadisht Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 8, 2022 was issued by Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. As on date of this Red Herring Prospectus the Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U15133WB2022PLC251553.

The Company is manufacturer of snacks and food products, namely, Gohona Bori, Fryums, cakes, candies and namkeen and chips. the key raw materials include refined flour, palm oil, spices and laminates. the Company use raw material of premium quality sourced from reputed local suppliers, which help us to ensure the quality of the products.
