The Company was originally incorporated as “Artedz Fabs Private Limited” at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 08, 2006 bearing Corporate Identification Number U17299MH2006PTC163645 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 18, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to “Artedz Fabs Limited.” A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion of Private Company to Public Limited Company dated February 19, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
