The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 22nd day of January, 1993 and was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 3rd day of January, 1995, and obtained Certificate for conversion as Limited Company on 15th day of February, 1995.

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY:

The Company started its operations in 1993 and since last year has actively started financial activities by providing Leasing, Investment & Share Trading activities under at a large. The Company plans to consolidate its position by expanding its Leasing & Investment business as well as to get into Bill discounting and allied activities.

The Company has been promoted by experienced persons connected with Textile Processing business for years. It has on its board directors having specialised knowledge in the field of financial services.
