Australian Premium Solar (India) Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂAustralian Solar Panel (India) Private LimitedÂ as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 23, 2013 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, the name of our company was changed from ÂAustralian Solar Panel (India) Private LimitedÂ to ÂAustralian Premium Solar (India) Private LimitedÂ, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 27, 2013, vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 28, 2013, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Further, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution assed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated July 24, 2023 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from ÂAustralian Solar Panel (India) Private LimitedÂ to ÂAustralian Premium Solar (India) LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 03, 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U40300GJ2013PLC075244.

-The Company Company has received New Purchase Orders of total Rs. 19,05,11,815/- for supply of APS - DCR & Non DCR Bificial - 540 WP and APS - Inverters.
