The company was promoted by Shri Bhikhubhai Nanjibhai Padsala as a private limited company on 15th April, 1982 and subsesquently converted into a public limited company on 28th April, 1992, with the object to acts builder, developer of land and organizers for the development of housing and commercial complexes. The Company as such has been engaged in the business of construction activities and has now decided to enter in the field of manufacuting of Aluminium slugs, circles and collapsible tubes of various sizes. In order to set up this diversification project and to mobilise the resources, the company decided to enter the capital market.
