The Company was incorporated as Brand Concepts Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated October 04, 2007, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to which the name of the Company was changed to ÂBrand Concepts LimitedÂ vide shareholderÂs approval on December 06, 2017 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 08, 2017.
