Quantum Build-Tech Limited (formerly Quantum Softech limited) is a public
limited company listed with Hyderabad & Bangalore Stock Exchanges having a
Paid up shares capital is Rs. 14,61,56,300/-. Initially Mr.R.Vijayakumar &
Associates promoted this company with the main object of Development of Computer
Software and allied activities. The Company made public issue for Rs.1.66 Crores
during the year 2000.

Initially the Company was able to develop few
financial applications and exported these to USA & Europe, but could not
sustain in the recession period from 2001 to 2003 and during this period the
Company has incurred heavy losses and at this juncture, the present promoters
(Mr.Punukollu Kodanda Rambabu & Smt.Kodali Vijayarani) have taken over the
management control from the old Promoters by acquiring their shareholding in the
company through SEBI takeover guidelines. After take over of the management
control of the company, the present promoters has implemented construction
projects in the company apart from continuing of software development &
allied activities. The company name was altered as Quantum Build-Tech Limited
with effect from 6 th October,2005 to reflect the activities of the company.Â

2014

-The equity shares of Quantum Build-Tech Ltd (Scrip Code: 538596) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of T Group Securities.

2015

- Quantum Build-Tech Ltd has entered into a Sub-Contract Agreement with M/s. SBC Infrastructure for Construction of Hill Side Township within Bellary District for a Contract value of Rs. 27.14 Crores.
