The Company was incorporated as “Chandra Bhagat Pharma Private Limited” at Mumbai on March 10, 2003, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Consequent upon the conversion of our Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company, the name of our Company was changed to “Chandra Bhagat Pharma Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon the conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated March 20, 2019 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, RoC – Mumbai. The CIN of the Company is U24230MH2003PLC139534.

Company has entered into supply and distribution agreement on November 9, 2015 with Sinopharm India Private Limited (“Sinopharma”), a subsidiary company of China National Pharmaceutical Group for importing the vaccines known as “HEPATITIS A (HepA).

2017
Registration for supply of API like Urokinase (Cardiac), L-Asparaginase (Oncology), Heparin Sodium (Nephrology), and Enoxaparin Sodium (Cardiac).

2019
The Company got converted into Public Limited Company
