The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Pune with the name of “Cian Healthcare Private Limited” on January 07, 2003. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders dated November 19, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to Cian Healthcare Limited” to reflect the legal status of the Company pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Pune dated November 30, 2018.
