Clay Craft India Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally formed as a Private Limited Company under Companies Act, 1956 in the name and style of "Clay Craft India Private Limited" pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 31, 1988 which was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan, bearing CIN: U26933RJ1988PTC004677. Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on June 26, 2025 our Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed from “Clay Craft India Private Limited” to “Clay Craft India Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 15, 2025 which was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Manesar bearing CIN U26933RJ1988PLC004677.

1988

- Incorporation of the Company in the name of “Clay Craft India Private Limited”

2014

- Acquired rights to the brand ‘JCPL’

2017

- Launched a TV advertisement campaign

2022

- Commenced production at our second manufacturing facility at Manda spanning 72,000 sq. mtr.

2025

- Eklingji Industries Private Limited merged with our Company i.e. Clay Craft India Private Limited pursuant to NCLT order dated May 23, 2025.

- Pursuant to the amalgamation with Eklingji Industries Private Limited vide a NCLT order dated May 23, 2025, Crown Craft India Private Limited became our associate company.

- Conversion of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited.

- Crown Craft India Private Limited ceased to be our associate company following an increase in its paid-up capital

- Started Construction of new manufacturing facility at Manda, Rajasthan
