Further, the name of our Company was changed to VCS Industries Limited pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi on February 16, 2018. The Registered office of our Company was shifted from Delhi to Gujarat w.e.f November 18, 2019. Further, the name of our Company was changed to Connplex Cinemas Limited pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on August 14, 2024.
