1995 - Continental Controls was Incorporated as a Public Limited Company
vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 2nd March, issued by the
Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay. The Company
obtained its Certificate of commencement of business on 30th May.

- The Company is implementing a Project to set up a plant for
manufacturing Thermal Overload Protectors at 5, Govt. Industrial
Estate, Masat, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Union Territory of
India.

- The main Promoters of the Company are Shri Navin Gordhandas
Thakkar, Shri Rajesh G. Thakkar and Shri Vinay G. Thakkar.

- The Company has entered into technology transfer agreement on 6th
June, with Dr. Abdolraza Sarzaeim of Ingenieur - Buro Sarzaeim
Germany.

- The Public Issue of the company of 29,00,000 No. of Equity Shares
of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 290.00 lacs.

1999 - Continental Controls Ltd, a leading player in miniature circuit
breakers and switches, has entered into an agreement with
Underwriter Laboratories Inc to use the prestigious UL mark on
its products. The mark has been awarded for maintaining quality
and safety standards.

2000 - Two foreign companies have taken 12 per cent stake in Continental
Controls Ltd, which is set to launch two new products.


2002-Continental Controls Board approves amalgamation of Continental Softech with the Company.

2003 - High Court approves Scheme of Amalgamation with Continental Softech ltd.
