The main object of business is to construct, purchase, lease and work ropeways, treamways or other forms of transport whether electrical. Mechanical or other wise and to carry on the business of carries of ropeway, tramways & goods And also have some other object such as to carry on the business of borrowing ,raising ,or taking up money ,the lending or advancing money on securities and property, the buying, selling and dealing with stock, funds, share, debenture stocks, bonds, obligation and other securities.Â

-We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company approved Company's MOU with Govt. of Gujarat signed at Vibrant Gujarat 2019 to manufacture and produce Polymer/PVC based parts and assemblies that will be used in Automotive cooling systems parts and accessories. The Company will be manufacturing and providing automotive ancillary products at Changodar, Sanand, Gujarat. The Indian auto-components industry has experienced healthy growth over the last few years and the Indian auto-component makers are well positioned to benefit from the globalization of the sector.

-Darjeeling Ropeway Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/03/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 06th March 2021 to consider proposal of Rights Issue of Shares. The trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 26th February, 2021 till 48 hours after announcement of the outcome of Board Meeting to the public (both days inclusive) for the specified persons in terms of code of conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report of trading in Company''s security by insiders framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
