2010

- Acquisition of stake in M/s. Advani Pleasure Cruise Company Pvt. Ltd amounting to 50.99%.

2011

- Agreement to acquire stake in M/s. Marvel Resorts Private Limited.

2012

- Delta Corp acquires 11 acre in Sri Lanka to develop 5-star hotel.
