The Company was incorporated on 26th April 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Calcutta under the name and style of DABRIWALA HIRE PURCHASE COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED with the main objects, interalia of carrying on the business of Lease & Hire Purchase financing. The name of the company was changed to DHP Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. on 5th April, 1995 and the company became a public limited company by passing a special resolution on 6th April, 1995 in terms of Section 44 of the Companies Act, 1956 and fresh Certificate of Incorporation
was obtained on 7th April, 1995.

CURRENT BUSINESS

The current business operation of the Company consist of leasing, hire purchase & financial consultancy services.

The Company has no subsidiary.

2005

-DHP India has proposed a dividend @ 10%

2006

-DHP India enters into an marketing tie-up with a North America based company
