Our Company was originally incorporated under the name ÂEffwa Infra & Research Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 06, 2014, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to ÂEffwa Infra & Research LimitedÂ vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on March 05, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on May 02, 2024, by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Centralised Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U90001MH2014PLC251793.
