The company was originally incorporated as a private limted company on 23rd November 1990 and subsequently converted into public limited company vide special resolution of the company dated 26th June, 1991 and certificate to that effect was obtained from registrar of companies, Gujarat on 6th August, 1991.

The object of the company is to set up a p[lant to manufacture speccialty oils, transformer oils and reccclaimed oils with licenced capacity of 13500 KLS, 7650 KLS and 1440 KLS respectively.

The company has no subsidiaries. The company is promoted by Dinesh B Thakkar, Satish V Shah, and Associates still holds his promoters equity.

2010

-Company has changed its name from Jal Hi Power Petrochem Ltd. to Atreya Petrochem Ltd.

-The Company has allotted the Bonus Shares to its shareholders in the Ratio of 1:3.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.

-Company name has changed to Evexia Lifecare Ltd. from Kavit Industries Ltd..Â
