Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated on September 26, 2010 as a Private Limited Company as “Exhicon Events Media Solutions Private Limited” vide Registration No. 208218 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 12, 2022, the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on January 2, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U74990MH2010PLC208218.
