Garlon Polyfab Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company has been promoted by family members of the Garg
Group.

Garlon Polyfab Industries Limited was incorporated as a private
Limited Company on 25th July 1990 under the name and style of
Garg Polyesters Private Limited and converted into public Limited
Company w.e.f. 4th January 1993. It subsequently adopted the
present name from 17th February 1993 and obtained fresh
certificate of incorporation. The Company was incorporated with a
plan of setting up a composite plant for processing of Polyester
Yarns. In the first phase it has already set up a Texturising
Plant of 240 MT per annum at Rania Industrial Estate, Kanpur
Dehat, an 'A' class backward district, in the State of Uttar
Pradesh. The Plant was commissioned during May 1991 however,
working capital limits were available from October 1991 onwards
only. The performance of the company in the initial two
operational years has been quite encouraging.
