The Company was incorporated as Junction Fabrics and Apparels Private Limited on November 15, 2011 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu vide registration no. (CIN:
U18101TZ2011PTC017586). Pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 05, 2015 the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to ÂJunction Fabrics and Apparels LimitedÂ vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24, 2015 Issued by the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

-Company name has changed to Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd. from Junction Fabrics & Apparels Ltd..

2022

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.

2024

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.

2025

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 39:20 at a premium of Rs. 0.2 per share.

-The company has launched Online Sales Website www.stitchstylee.com

-Hylex Fashion Private Limited, subsidiary of the company has received an order from the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, for the supply of 1,25,000 yoga mats. The total value of the order is approximately Rs 422.50 lakh, inclusive of taxes.

-Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited (GMLL) has opened a new Marketing & Liaison Office in Mumbai to strengthen its export business and deepen engagement with international buyers and sourcing partners.
