The Company was incorporated as Go Fashion (India) Private Limited on September 9, 2010, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 9, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Chennai. Pursuant to the conversion of the Company to a public limited company as approved by way of a shareholdersÂ resolution dated July 1, 2021, the name of the Company was changed to Go Fashion (India) Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 12, 2021 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Chennai.
