Our company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name ÂGraphisads Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 25, 1987 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to ÂGraphisads LimitedÂ vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 15 December, 2022 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana dated January 03, 2023. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U35999DL1987PLC029334
